As the founder and the managing consultant of MAQ Software, Rajeev works with customers to plan and develop innovative applications on various technology platforms. Prior to founding MAQ Software, Rajeev worked at Microsoft Corporation in several product management groups including Visual C++, Microsoft Windows NT and Microsoft Exchange Server. His responsibilities included product planning, marketing strategy and execution of Web based programs to reach customers worldwide.
Rajeev holds a B. Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Master's in Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, Ann Arbor.
Rajeev has been widely quoted on software industry issues in the media including the Seattle Times, Puget Sound Business Journal and BBC.

Dilip has 18 years of professional software experience on three continents, with over twelve years of that at Microsoft Corporation. At Microsoft, Dilip played a vital role in the biggest consumer product launch in the company's 26 year history - the Xbox. Dilip also served as a Senior Development Engineer in the Exchange, LAN Manager, and Windows for Workgroups product teams and worked as a Program Manager for the System Management Server (SMS) development group.
Dilip has a deep understanding of software development and a broad range of technologies. He has a number of patents to his credit. He is author of several books including Inside Windows Storage published in 2003 by Addison Wesley.
Dilip holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
A transformational leader, Suvas Mahapatra brings with him expertise into business development, competency development and business strategy. Suvas has a wide industry experience of 26 years at key positions.
Prior to joining MAQ Software Suvas Mahapatra served as General Manager, Wipro (Product Engineering Solutions SBU) for 9 years.
Suvas holds a B. Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and PG Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.
Arpita brings strong program management and software development experience from her six years at Microsoft Corporation. While at Microsoft, her primary focus was on database technologies and building database applications. She played a key role in shipping both internal and external Microsoft products.
Most recently, Arpita led the effort to implement SAP Data Warehousing technology used by Corporate Procurement for vendor analysis and reporting. She was the Development Lead of a team that developed, configured, and deployed the SAP Business Warehouse on SQL Server 2000 and Windows 2000 worldwide.
As a Program Manager in the database group, she and her team improved the performance of Universal Database Access technologies (ADO, OLEDB, ODBC) on Microsoft platforms. She gathered performance information and requirements from internal and external customers, analyzed performance issues, resolved the problems and drove the integration of solutions into the product.
She started her career at Microsoft by assisting developers and testers to implement and use internal tools for bug tracking and management. She also managed and supported code profilers to enhance productivity and performance of Microsoft software.
Arpita did her undergraduate work in Architecture from the Academy of Architecture, Bombay and earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University. Arpita also did graduate work at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Prior to joining MAQ Software, Vikram held various program management and software development positions.
Vikram began his career at Tata Consultancy Services where he gained strong software development experience. After earning his MBA, Vikram became the first employee at indya.com -- a leading B2C portal in India. He helped conceptualize the value proposition as part of the initial team, and evolved to managing content and project managing applications for the travel channel.
Vikram did his undergraduate work in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institute of Technology, BHU and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
